We can’t recommend Josh highly enough to those looking for a personal trainer.  As a couple in their early 60s about to retire, we were looking forward to all the travel, hiking and other activities we were going to do.  However, we both had problems with our ankles, pains in our knees, shoulders and back.  Years of poor posture in front of a computer had taken its toll and we knew that we couldn’t get through our bucket list without addressing these issues.  This is when we contacted Josh Hooper to be our personal trainer.  He developed a customized program and within a few months, we started feeling stronger and more capable.  Now, a few years later, the issues that brought us to him are gone.  

 Josh gets results and his expertise in strength training is exemplary. He possesses a deep understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition, allowing him to design highly effective and personalized training programs. He has a keen eye for technique and form, ensuring that clients perform exercises safely and efficiently.

I'm taking this moment to tell you how much I appreciate you. You have helped me grow in so many ways. My physical strength has surpassed my expectations and I regularly have to find new goals to conquer. There is so much more to this process than I ever thought possible. Jason and I have worked with Josh consistently for more than six years as part of our commitment to long-term health. Our original goal was to support healthy aging and maintain the strength needed for everyday life, but we have gained far more than that.

Jason’s back arthritis improved to the point that medication is no longer needed, and strength training has supported his recovery from two shoulder surgeries.
