About Me

I’m a Strength and Conditioning coach who is passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in everyday life. Since 2015, I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels, focusing on building practical strength that carries over both on and off the golf course.

As an avid golfer and member of The Marshes Golf Club, I understand how important mobility, strength, and consistency are to playing your best golf. I specialize in helping golfers improve their strength, stability, and movement so they can swing more efficiently, play with less pain, and enjoy the game for years to come. Whether your goal is more distance, better endurance through a round, or simply feeling better after 18 holes, I tailor training to fit your needs.

My clientele ranges from golfers hoping to gain extra yardage off the tee, to people preparing for or recovering from joint replacement surgeries, young parents wanting to regain strength and energy for everyday life with their children, and older adults focused on staying strong, active, and independent as they age. No matter the starting point, my goal is always the same: helping people move and feel better so they can enjoy more of what matters to them.

Originally from New Brunswick, I moved to Ottawa in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the region, the community, and the golf scene.

Before becoming a Strength and Conditioning coach, I played competitive rugby through high school and into my twenties. That experience taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and smart training — lessons I now bring into my coaching every day.

What I enjoy most is seeing clients get stronger and realize they’re capable of more than they thought possible. My approach is supportive, straightforward, and focused on long-term progress that improves performance, health, and quality of life.

Training Facility

Training takes place in a private, fully equipped gym located in our home in Bridlewood. The space is designed to provide everything you need for an effective workout in a comfortable and welcoming environment, without the crowds and distractions of a commercial gym.

The facility has a private side entrance, along with access to a bathroom and storage area during your sessions. Parking is available either in the driveway or on the street for added convenience.

Whether your goal is improving strength, moving better, supporting your golf game, or building long-term fitness habits, the space is set up to help you train with purpose and focus.

How Training Works

Training is customized based on your goals, experience level, schedule, and budget. I offer one-on-one training, couples training, and small group training options depending on what works best for you.

Every program is designed to help you build strength, move well, and make consistent progress in a way that fits your lifestyle.
